From questionnaires and style guides to a Zoom strategy session, we’ll map out your wardrobe, shot list, locations, and overall vibe so you feel fully prepared.
On session day, you can relax while I guide the process. Headshots are delivered in 2–3 weeks, full branding galleries in 2–3 weeks, and films in 2–3 months.

I’m shy and uncomfortable in front of the camera. Should I still book a session?
Absolutely! My sessions are designed to be low-key and relaxed—it will feel more like a collaboration than a performance. With the prep work we do ahead of time, you’ll already feel at ease. On session day, I’ll guide you with gentle direction so you feel natural, confident, and comfortable.
I’m not sure what I want to showcase. Can you help me figure it out?
Of course! Once you book, I’ll send over a short questionnaire to help uncover what matters most to your brand. From there, we’ll hop on a 30–60 minute Zoom call (included with half-day and full-day branding sessions) to dive deeper into your goals, story, and the best ways to visually bring them to life.
Will you provide guidance on what to wear?
Yes! During our consultation we’ll talk through outfits and locations so everything reflects your personality and brand. I usually recommend bringing 2–3 outfits to change into. You’ll also receive an in-depth pre-session guide with styling tips to make sure you feel confident and camera-ready.
Where do branding sessions take place?
Your session can take place at your home office, studio, shop, or an outdoor location of your choice. We’ll choose a space that feels authentic to your brand and helps tell your story.
Are branding sessions available year-round?
Headshot sessions are available year-round. More in-depth branding sessions typically take place from January through August.
When will I receive my photos and video?
- Headshots + branding photos: 2–3 weeks
- Branding films: 2–3 months

Can you Photoshop that?
Light retouching is included, but I focus on keeping your images authentic. If there are small distractions like lint, spots, or background clutter, I’ll remove them. I don’t do heavy Photoshop work, because I believe your audience connects most with the real, polished you.
Do I get copyright to the images?
Copyright remains with me as the photographer, which is standard practice and protects my work. However, all packages include a commercial usage license so you can use your images freely to promote your business in print and online. The only restrictions are selling the images or altering the photos, audio, or video footage without permission. If you’d like to use your images for publications like books or album covers, an additional license can be arranged based on industry standards.
