Flower Piano is one of the many things I love about San Francisco. I have a lot of fond memories here.
If you’re not familiar with this event, it’s the special time of year when the Botanical Gardens in Golden Gate Park is transformed into an alfresco concert hall with a dozen pianos hiding through the nooks and crannies of the garden. And yes, the pianos are open to the public and to all skill levels.
It was as if it was written in the cosmos because both my client-family and I thought it would make a perfect setting for their photo session. It wasn’t too much of a stretch considering that the piano is the heart of their home. And so with Karl the Fog setting the mood for the morning, we explored the grounds with the magic of the keys playing in the background. Yet another sweet memory was created here with one of my favorite families, and I can’t imagine a better way to transition into the fall season.
